A new dining experience is coming to Casey Jones Village this spring. The team behind the Old Country Store are proud to introduce the Huntsman’s Supper Club, a reservation-only dinner series designed to bring a intimate take on Southern hospitality to West Tennessee.

Launching in May 2026, Huntsman’s Supper Club will feature a rotating series of thoughtfully curated menus, each served in a coursed format with a signature blend of plated and family-style service.

“This is something we’ve dreamed about for a long time,” said Brooks Shaw, President of the Old Country Store. “It allows us to stay true to our roots—Southern food, Southern hospitality—while creating something that feels special, intentional, and worth planning your evening around.”

Each evening will host up to 50 guests and will take place at The Farm in Casey Jones Village, with a backup indoor location in the Wellwood Dining Room. Guests will enjoy a relaxed but elevated atmosphere—what Shaw describes as “Sunday best, not black tie.”

The first three scheduled dinners include:

  • May 12 – Peach burrata salad, pork tenderloin with peach glaze, and Basque cheesecake
  • May 26 – Grilled ribeye, seasonal vegetables, and a chocolate torte
  • June 9 – Shrimp and grits topped with a crab cake, served alongside classic Southern sides and key lime pie

Tickets are priced between $59 per person plus tax, with a limited series pass available for $139 plus tax.

With limited seating and one-night-only menus, Huntsman’s Supper Club is designed to create a sense of exclusivity while remaining approachable and deeply rooted in Southern tradition.

“This is not just a dinner—it’s an experience,” Shaw added. “And we believe it’s going to be something truly special for Jackson.”
